I need some end-link advice

So I put on my energy poly front sway bar bushings 2 days ago. I'm surprised that I can tell a difference already, because it's only one piece of the puzzle. But honestly, I can't feel any body roll at all. And I have tried. So my poly end-links are now on their way from spohn. To install my greaseable sway bushings I just drove my car up onto a sidewalk, crawled under and used a hammer to pull the bar down and slide the old ones out and slide the new ones in.

How can I do the end-links? I'm a novice with no jack or jackstands. Also, how tight am I supposed to tighten the bolt down on the bushing? Should I make it "just tight" or smash the hell out of it?

You're askin in the wrong place. Go talk to the guys in the suspension forum. It's not v6-specific.
