pace setter headers on a 3.1l AIR/smog pump question
will I get a check engine light if I cut the hose to the air pump but leave it on

trying to think back when I removed mine...
Is it a vac hose? If so, it needs plugged.

You can completely remove the air system and not get a check engine light.
