A.R.I.
Hey all, with every one on here has any one dealt with these guys, I'm thinking of doing the 3.4 swap (once I get everything running good) web site if anyone is interested www.engine-parts.com.

Heard of 'em, tried to get some information from them, never got an answer, and have heard from others here on TGO and 60degreeV6.com that they've got a bad reputation.

I don't understand, are you asking if those people are good or are you suggesting that website to those of us who are doing/have done the 3.4 swap?

He's asking if they're any good, I think.
You don't need to deal with them to do the "3.4L V6 Swap". Besides, A.R.I. sells the stroker kits, or stroked out 2.8/3.1 V6's. There are a lot of advantages to using the actual 3.4L V6. Find one at a junkyard.
Most people I've talked to about A.R.I. with say that they just sell stock GM stuff and call it "Performance" gear.

Re: A.R.I.
No problem. There aren't many places to get good stuff for the 3.4L V6, unless you do the 3.4/3x00 hybrid. If you're contemplating that, check out WOT-Tech. If you want to stick with the iron-headed 3.4L V6, check out project89, here on TGO, and his company Pro-Fab. He's port/polishing a set of heads for my build.

Re: A.R.I.
right now it all depends on what I find when I pull the 2.8 in there now I got an oil leak on the drive side around the oil filter, I was told this engine only has 500 miles on it and was a new when put in. I know it was not new by looking at it ( I think it is a new short block). I'm just looking at cost right now.
