Newbie dumb question of the day - carb

Ok,

So the 2.8 has an electronically metered Rochester 2bbl. Can anyone tell me what parts I need to change to get to something more "normal"?

I am assuming:

1. Holley/Edelbrock vacuum advance carb
2. Intake manifold

What else? I'd REALLY like to get rid of the stupid computer control on this vehicle.

Thanks much

Perrone Ford

You have an 82-84? To ditch the computer, you'll also need a 2.8 vacuum-advance distributor of your choice, and an ignition box.
