summit racing has a whole set for 173.69
2.8 15lbs per hr and 3.4 17lbs perhr i orderd
3.4 for my 2.8 they said ill have to get costom chip burned my question is will it start with different injectors i had it rebuilt and bored 0.30overcrane cam all the stuff i dont have the cash for a costom chip right know and need to get it back from the garage but i could always use the stock ones to get home any advice the fuel injectors arent that hard to take out so changing them isnt that bad

Summit are really good guys. They will never intentionally try to screw you. In this case though, they're wrong or didn't understand you. If you're just dropping the 3.4 injectors in, then you'll be fine, no fancy chip stuff needed.

Actually the summit guys are probably correct. If you put in larger injectors, they're probably going to pass more fuel per pulse, thus screwing up your ECM's mixture controls (ECM doesn't know how much fuel it dumps in the engine, it just knows the pulse width it sends to the injector). Your ECM might be able to compensate from O2 sensor input, but it's gonna run rich when it starts in open loop, and I'm not sure just how much compensating it can do. When you start modifying things like your injectors, it could be in your interest to invest in prom burning equipment or find a friend who has the equipment. With the larger injectors you'll want to hop up your fuel pressure a bit and modify the prom's injector pulse tables.. Glenn91L98GTA has a much better understanding of this concept and can explain far better than I can.
