Sorry, I was going to email you, but I was too lazy, and figued that some other people may want to know this too. Do you have any pics of your car? Engine, Exterior, everything. Also, can you post a list of mods. I'm just curious what you have done to it. From the first time I read this board, I was referred to you as the fastest 6er in here.

 

thanks for the compliments, but there are a few others around here quite a bit faster than me, I forgot his name , but he was (red91 something maybe?)doing 13's and another guy named brad keith did 14's.

but I have done these mods: 3.73's,3.4 pace setter headers(you have to bend them and get a y-pipe made),high flow cat,catback with dynomax superturbo,hypertech pullies, crane 2030 compucam,ghetto home made intake with a 9 inch K&N cone, B&M shift kit, H.O. coil with Accell 8mm wires.

The last time I ran at the track I did a best of 16.09 at 83.x, but the next run I did a 16.18 at 85.6 ??? I suppose my 60 foots need work( 2.21-2.24)

Since those runs last fall I discovered my #5 cylinder had very low compression because of a warped head, so I had them both planed .020, V8 springs put on, and a valve job done, and what a difference it made!

I'd estimate with a good launch(3.73 open rear sucks!) I could do a 15.8 or so, not a muscle car by any means, but it has good acceleration and is fun to drive around town in.
