i did an engine swap on my car and swapped a 2.8 for a 93 s10 but i kept the fuel injection from the 86s engine. well the PCV valve thats on the back of the lower intake near the dizzy is causing a vacuum leak and i need to know how to fix it or where to get a replacement. since thats the only reason my cars running alittle rough.

The intake tube can be fixed with 2 small sections of radiator hose. Pull the rubber ends off of the tube WITHOUT breaking the tube (can't replace it), since they both probably need to be replaced, and put 2 2" sections of the hose on each end. As for the PCV valve connection, get a piece of fuel injection hose, and if the valve is leaking at the valve cover connection, you can use electrical tape wrapped around the valve to seal it to the grommet. I'm not sure if you can find a replacement grommet or not, but you can use the tape to seal the valve to the cover until if/when you find the grommet.
im talking about the main plug at the back of the intake that ALL the connectors come out of, the PCV valve that goes to the cover, the plenum pipe. and the charcoal canister lines all start at that big black connector. thats whats leaking.
