I have been meaning to write this for a while now but I just kept forgetting it.


Awhile back I was having some serious probs with the electrical system not being able to keep up with what I had in my car. Well put it this way, I could have A/C and no sterio, or strio and no A/C. If I had both and the fans on the guage was at 13.2-13.5 at BEST. Now remember this is not even having the lights on either!. I call around find a company called Mr. Alternator and they have a 160 Amp alt for the 3.1 even. Well beside the amazment of them just having the correct case was not enough it was only 179! Needless to say I ordered it and besides it taking a few more days to get there then they said it was great. Only thing not new was the case, it had all the factory plugs, even the correct pully!. well now of course I can have everything on and I mean everything lights, high beams, A/C, sterio, my 2 fans, hazzards.. I mean everything and this thing does not go below the halfway between the 13 and the yellow line after it!. I guess its the 14V mark maybe 14.5 and did I forget to mention this is at IDLE AS WELL!. Seriously folks this is a great thing!. Hell even if you don't have the needs for the high amps get a 140 and you will not believe how much brighter you head lights get.
