Damage to my whit stead!!!

Every day on one highway or another I see shreaded tire tread, and I all ways say to my self "some one is going to hit that and do damage!" .

Well last night I was the one who hit it. South bond one HWY 33 I come up over a small rise in the road and there is a all most complete tread cap from a semi taking up my entire lane. I couldn't hop over to the on coming lane becuase for the first time in a week I had oncoming traffic, and there is a ditch on the other side of the road with no emeregncy lane. So I buckled down and hit the brake trying to stop, but I hit it head on at 50MPH!

The front ground effects have ruber all over it, and it was smacked lose. On top of that my car now pulls to the left. The only good news is that I found the truck that lost tire just up the road getting his tire replaced. All though he didn't want to give me his information. So I grabed all the info off the side of his truck. CADMV#, DOT#, ETC. The insurance company said they can track him and his company down with that info.

All in all I am impresed with the way the car held up. It didn't get tosed all over the place when I hit it and there doesn't apear to be anything broken.
