V6 ID
Attemping to ID a 90 degree Chev V6.
Casting No. ??471594. The two ?? could be
numbers or letters but are unreadable.
Front right pad stamped numbers: T1029DAC
and 1BK421257. Distribor number 1110754. It
has a two port TBI intake. A 262ci, 4.3L?
Didn't all 229ci, 3.8L, have carbs?

Probably a 4.3. Most of them were TBI. Although you are asking the wrong people here. We only deal with 60 degree 6ers(with the exception of a few 3.8's). You could try calling a dealer though...and they could tell you what year it is too.
