how much hp from mods ?
I think I already told ya'll I had a b-day coming up and I was going to spend my cash on some headers .Well thats out of the question for now .Well I was thinking about going ahead and doing the comp2030 cam , changing my fuel injectors ,and putting on a accel cap /rotor bosh plat plugs ,8mm wires , msd 6al box and coil .and underdrive pully . My car is very lightly modded now . I have a new 2.8 engine , gutted cat , dynamax and k&n's with ramair and maf screen removed . How much hp will I have after these mods ? And for those who have the cam2030 or msd box ,how do ya'll like them ? Thanx guys ! Wayne

Cam: 15-25 HP, depends on other mods
Injectors: What poundage?
cap+rotor: Nothing really. Those are designed to handle the more powerful discharge from an aftermarket ignition system. Might feel better because it's new, but no gains.
Bosch plugs: Same thing. I noticed nothing with the +4's I put in, except for the ordinary "new plug" improvement.
8mm wires: Slight gain at higher RPM's, since that's where an ignition system is most stressed.
MSD stuff: Maybe 5 or so, and no real low end difference
Pulley: Dunno, haven't tried one of those.
Given your current mods, you'll notice a bit of a difference in things. Perhaps try gapping your plugs a bit wider, since an upgraded spark system will be able to handle it. Maybe a good round of Plenum + head porting should be next on your agenda. Smart to do that while swapping injectors, since you're working in the same area. What kind of tranny do you have? How about some gears, also?

Thanx for the help ! Yes , I want to do gears to , forgot to add that .Not sure which pound injectors I should use . I think I will get the cam installed at the shop . I dunno , how hard is that to do ? Gears will get put in at the shop .Yeah I thought about porting and polishing ,thought about doing it on my Christmas break but Im kinda new at working on cars .I have only changed things like the starter , power steering pump,heater blower , plugs. I have a 700 r4 auto tranny .Taking the heasds off seems like a big pain in the *** unless you really know what your doing .I dont wanna fu(k anything up
