My 1/8 times.
My 1/8 times.
Hey guys,
Last night I went out to the track for the first time. My brother and I went out (he took his 'Stang) and we did two runs together.
It was a blast! I don't have my timeslips on me, but I do remeber my times
I'll post the full times later but,
in the 1/8 I got a 10.6 and a 10.07.
Not too bad I think.
OH YEAH, I forgot to ask, on launch I seemed to be getting a little bogged down. I didn't rev up my engine much probably 1000 rpm on both runs. What could be the problem?

U a stick? if u are, rev to about 2k.. and it bogged most likely cuz u released the clutch too fast... do it at actually a slower rate and ease it in... if u release it real fast it will bog.

Yeah, 5 speed.
I did pop the cluth a bit. 2000k rpm? I've tried before and can't do it without wheel spin. Then again it wasn't the track...
