removing the head
hey guys my manifold bolts snapped and so i need to remove the head on my passanger side. i have already started and got all the hoses and connections undone and the upper intake off and all the bolts i found under that but now im stuck i cant remove the lower intake and i cant see whats holding it. it looks like the female connections are holding it down
can anyone help me or point me to a place showing how this is removed?

What female connections?? The coolent ones?..that go straight into the front of the intake/

I'd also like to know what "female connections" are in question here.
In most cases, the lower intake manifold will not simply lift off. Some prying from a small pry tool and/or some firm smacks from a soft faced hammer have always worked for me.
