boging at lower speeds.

like the title says my car is boging when im slowing down or coming to a stop usually noticeable at about 0-15 MPH but above that drives fine, when im sitting in stop and go traffic i always have to ride in the right lane so if my car dies i can pull over on the shoulder.

when it bogs my volt meter dips down to about 7 or lower and keeps kicking back up and down, all my lights dim up and down like its about to die, its only died on me once lukily i was pulling into a parking lot at the time. it usually does this when the car is warmed up.

its a 92 3.1 camaro with new plugs, wires, rotor, dist cap, battery, fuel filter, oil change, pcv valve, and a a couple other things here and there. sugestions welcome, thank you in advance

Re: boging at lower speeds.

best way to check is to toss a vac guage on it at hot idle and see where its at in inches of hg. Then you can also start to spray some carb cleaner arround all gaskets on this intake and vac lines.
