Selling the car soon, what should I ask for it?
Selling my Camaro here in the coming weeks. Need the money to repair my Mercedes, and I'm wondering what you guys think I should ask for.
Its got a 3.4 swap with 90k miles, 117k on everything else, everything attached to the motor is new, dizzy, plugs, plug wires, gaskets, water pump, A/C compressor, belt, belt tensioner, power Steering pump, alt, fuel filter, shift cable, TV cable, and probably other stuff I can't remember. The car runs and drives fine, just has a rough idle from what I believe is a vacuum leak, but I never found out where. I repainted it in 2010, and my mom scraped some paint off the rear bumper, I put new GM turn signals in, rear window louvers, and Silvania Silverstar headlights, tires have 75% tread on them, and it has 16x8 IROCs. Interior is a 7-8/10, dash is crack free, and I have removed the windshield banner. I have a manila folder full of every receipt I have for parts or anything I did.
So, what do you guys think its worth? I was thinking $2,000, and just sticking it up for like $2,500 or so to get talked down.
Edit: Did some small research on Craigslist here, so many people selling heaps for $4,000.

DAMN...I really wish I had $2,500 right now! I'd be more than happy to pay that much for your car.
I've seen V6 Camaro's in much worse shape than yours selling for $4,000. I'd probably start there, and let it go for $3,000 cash. Just my opinion. Really wish I could buy it. GLWS, man.

Thanks guys, I've tried to keep it in top shape for the 4 years I've owned it, but its just time to move on, and to be honest, I love my Mercedes more. If I had the money for a LSx swap, or something similar, I'd keep it. Its the perfect car for a LS swap, 0 rust anywhere, bone stock car.

I agree fallen. Thats probly what would happend. Even though a turbo or a supercharger would really wake up that sixer, and make it compete with lsx swaps.

But I've just lost interest in the car, its just not as fun as the Mercedes lol.
I forgot to mention, I've got a set of coil overs for the front to go with it, as well as some other parts.
