Thank-you

So I've been lurking on this site since 2012 when I got my Camaro. I have been reading nearly daily, even when nothing is wrong, just to gain some knowledge. Back in October, my car developed a nasty knock that turned out to be spun bearings (as in pretty much all of 'em). After getting a used 3.4 on craigslist, and reading over and over KED85's (RIP-wish I'd met ya), Dave's 3.4 swap article, and a few others, I now have a running vehicle. If it wasn't for the insight by the kind folks here that simply want to keep as many of these things on the road as possible, there is a strong chance I would be stuck in another 4-banger FWD soul-less contraption.
So thanks again TGO and crew for being here, and arguing and pointing out different approaches to this swap, and for being a useful tool for a novice like me to become an OK shadetree mechanic.

PS, if any of you guys see a blue Sport Coupe in south lake county, Fl, that's me, smiling ear to ear.

Re: Thank-you

This is a great site for the third gen's. You can lend your experiences and help out a friend also.

Re: Thank-you

I think after a little while, I will write something to share what I learned after I get my feet on the ground, right now I'm on cloud 9 from getting this thing moving again.

Again, you REAL gurus on this site are amazing, just wanted to point out that guys like me appreciate you all.

I have found this site incredibly useful as well. If it wasnt for this site, I may not have installed a Megasquirt EFI system or the turbo I just got on. Even though im having little problems here and there, its still proving to be a great help.

Greetings to a fellow Floridian! Im in central sumter county if you ever see a two tone satin black/maroon 89 RS

We are trying to get a meet put together in the Tampa area sometime in July. You should poke in on the regional boards to the southeast threads and say hi.
