160degree thermos

Are 160degree thermostats worth the money, if so how are they?

160 degree thermostat

they are worth the $4 or $5 bucks because it keeps your engine alot cooler which means HP.

I ran a 160 for the summer than the cold hit. NO HEAT, NO DEFROSTER. I put in a 180 and am very happy with that. No MPG loss from the engine ALWAYS RUNNING IN FULL RICH as it did with the 160 and no decernable difference in power really from either one.
