so i have a ticking/knocking sound from the passenger side of the car .if i get under it i can hear it clearly ticking at idle and full warmed up
are the pushrods or lifters worn? blocked oil intake ?
I did an engine flush, oilchange (castrol edge 5W30) and drove 2 hours highway but it doesnt help anything
oil pressure is 1/2 at idle and 3/4 at 1900

You can open the hood, engine running and get a piece of pipe/hose. One end for your ear then move the other end around to listen to different things, may help find what's happening. Could just be an exhaust leak. If it's knocking, that's different . That would be more serious.
