I am looking for info on the 3800 swap from someone that has done it. A lot of the links i find go to dead photos and dead links. If anyone can that has done this can respond i have a few questions.

It's been attempted by a few, but none were totally successful, if I remember back. Lots of fab work to get it to fit right for less power than a V8. You can now get the same or more power by doing the hybrid swap. 3800 just isn't worth it now-a-days.
