Losing Fuel pressure after priming

Losing fuel pressure after priming the fuel pump and the car won’t start, it’s been like this for about a month now so it’s had to sit majority of the time.

The things that went bad and I replaced:
FPR
FUEL PUMP (Walbro Stock Replacement)

I have the GM service manual and it says to block the pressure line if it’s not holding pressure and that makes my pressure hold so the flow chart says there’s an issue in the tank, it’s either the pump or the fuel pulsation dampener, I replaced the old Delco pump with the walbro one but it’s still doing the same thing, my question is can a bad pulsation dampener cause a leak and allow me to lose fuel pressure causing the crank no start or do walbro pumps just not have a check valve inside them? Also I’ve checked my injectors and they don’t leak either.

Re: Losing Fuel pressure after priming

check the clamps from the pump to the hard line. I switch it out to fuel injection clamps instead of those plastic clamps
