Well first off, I started with the wires cap and rotor, All look like Sh*t, that is probably contributing to my problem.

Problem two, I pulled out plug number 4, and it had oil on it. Whats up with that? Is that good bad? What could cause that.

I workin on it right now

Two words, Blow Bye, you need to rering the cylinder or it may also be your valve stem seal.

Blow-bye, iis when oil is blowing passed the piston. uasaly caused by worn rings

Allthough you may what to check your valve covers. I had a small leak coming out of my valve cover and it was dripping down and gettign into the chamber by speaping passed a lose spark plug.

It's not bad, per say... it's not great, but your engine's not about to break. It's just burning some oil. Valve seals usually all go at once; and their burnt oil is just at startup (oil drips into the cylinders while the engine is stopped, so you get a puff of blue when you start the car). I bet if you bought a $25 compression tester (with the hose, not the pain-in-the-*** "stick it in the spark plug hole" $15 tester), you'd find that's the cylinder with the lowest compression out of the bunch.
