Here is the wiring diagram for your fan , the detail you seek is in the lower left of the diagram . You will see that the coil side of the fan relay is protected by a 20 amp fuse that's in the fusebox and labeled "fan" . The high current switch contacts of the relay that actually feed the fan motor it's power are protected by the fusable link called "rust" , but that link also feeds other circuits so if that was open other things in the car wouldn't be working as well . With this diagram and a voltmeter you should have no problem tracking down why the fan won't run , it'll be either the fuse , the relay , the fan motor itself , or the wiring connecting all those items together .

Also , just as a point of general information here , your user profile listing your car as a "Formula 350 with a 2.8 V6" is either mistaken , or your car suffered one Hell of a downgrade swap sometime over the years because there never was a factory built Formula 350 with a V6 !

Either someone swapped out the 350 8 cylinder for a V6 , which is very HIGHLY unlikely , or , someone slapped Formula 350 badges on a V6 car , which is the most likely reason for the wrong model/wrong engine confusion . Remember , the "Formula 350" designation means the car was supposed to have been factory built WITH the 350 8 cylinder , hence the "350" in the model designation . You may want to correct this misinformation so that in the future when you ask questions , the people who answer will know exactly what you've got .
