Engine: 305 TBI w/TBI mods

Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: Stock

C6 tires

What's the widest tire that will fit up front on C6 18"x8 1/2". I was thinking 265/40, but would a wider one fit.

The absolute widest I would run on a 8.5" wheel is a 255-40-18.
