Anyone run Uniroyal Tires?

At the suggestion of the GM Dealership Parts Manager I bought some Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTS white letter tires (235/60/15) for my Z-28. They were on sale, i got the whole set for $400 (tires, mounting, balancing, disposal, tax)

Yikes. These things don't hold the road at all. If you like tires that spin a lot, don't grip much, and seem to last forever without wearing down, these might be the ones to buy! Does anyone else have these?

Uniroyals are decent tires for the minivan.

I don't really want to put new tires since i only have like 3k on these, so i think i'm just gonna smoke the crap out of them this summer, have them burned up by 10k or 12k miles. They are nice looking white letter tires but they perform like crap on this car.
