New tires on old rims

Engine: 3.1L V6 Soon to be 3.4 :D
Transmission: Auto 4-Speed
Axle/Gears: 3.23
New tires on old rims

Would 225x75R15 fit on my existing rims?
i don't know much about wheels or tires.
If it helps i have the original rims

if not then what size does fit?

A 75 series tire is really tall. You would be better to go with a 225/60/15. The 225/75/15 is more like a truck tire size.
