im looking to find out if this is a good deal i have the cash but it was saved for other things like a t56 trans new heads and cam and few other misc parts my question is would you buy these wheels for this price or do the performance upgrades... i already have 18'' kmc stealth wheels wrapped in 275/45/r18 pirellis.. i just really love those zr 1 wheels

Not for $3000 I'd rather do performance upgrades than drop that kind of money on wheels its your loot do what you want.

 

i also love those zr1 wheels but i think they might be a lil large for our cars and if you dont already have some chrome pieces like license plate frame, tips, etc. your need those to or they look to akward. if they were 17front and 18rear then
anyhow i would probaly go with the peformance stuff as much as i hate to say it.

 

yeah 3k is kind of alot.... i found a company that makes pretty nice replica zr1 wheels for 250-400 a wheel which will save me a lot of money so that probably the route ill take.. thanks guys

 

hey thats even better! only problem i see going this route though is you wanna make sure you have some honker size brakes! im talking z06 size and always clean. if you do then... dam!
