Whats factory size of 15's on 1983 Trans AM

I'm wondering what the factory size of the 15" wheels that came on 83 Trans Am's were? Were they 15x8's? The other question is what was the difference with the front coils, when replacing the springs parts counters ask if its 14" or 15" wheels, what would the difference be?
