hey, i bought a 87 v6 camaro with the stock 5 spoke wheels, like on a rs camaro. has a special anti theft lug nut on it that i can not for the life of me figure out how to get it off. its completely round, but has sum grooves on the side of it, like a special socket would fit over it and twist, anyone know anything about these?

 

its a locking lug nut, u get a socket looking thing that attaches to your four way and it has the same grooves it it so you just line them up, and twist them off

 

if you cant find the "key" socket, you can take them off by getting a socket that is just a little bit too small top fit over the locking lug and pound it on with a hammer, then put a 4way on it and remove the locking lug. it can ruin the socket so use cheap ones

 

yea, i didnt get the key socket or w/e to take em off with so i guess ill use a old socket i dont need. thx for advice guys, appreciate it. the rs wheels are up for sale. 200 for all. with good tires and good condition rims.
