Package difference between wheel size?

Package difference between wheel size?
Up until yesterday, I thought all IROC's had 16'' wheels. I found out that they did make IROC's with 15'' wheels. I couldn't believe it. I know the base and RS models came with 15'' wheels, but I thought when the IROC' package was added it automatically gave it 16'' wheels.
So my question is when you upgrades from 15'' to 16'' wheels in 1989, what other options did that include? Or was it just a wheel option upgrade? I'm thinking about buying this IROC, but want to know more about it. It has the Stock LB9 motor, but 15'' Stock wheels...lol. I would probably upgrade and go with 17'' or 18'' Chrome IROC wheels
