Re: General Tire review?
I dont have your tire but I have theses which are generals for my GTA and I love em!

Keep in mind that I only drive for small bits of pleasure and to shows.
They have great traction and are not as hard of sidewall so my WS6 doesnt ride as rough which is nice but it is not the best cornering tire due to the sidewalls. mine are not a highspeed tire but look great and cruise well.

I run these and I love them - plus they are $20 a piece less than the Generals ...

Re: General Tire review?
I had a General tire explode on me going down the interstate in my truck. It had some miles on it, but it had plenty of tread left. May or may not be the tire. Maybe it just hit a bump wrong, who knows. I cant prove it's crappy tire construction, just anecdotal.
Anyway this is aftermath:
The belt separated from the sidewall and flung around and ripped apart the fender.
I'd give the nod to the Kumhos.

Re: General Tire review?
i have been running nitto's 555's and they are amazing. from everyday driving to the track and even the back roads. Highly reccomend them if you can fork out the $$$. i paid just over $1000 for 4 tires from http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/home.do. free shipping and the lowest prices around.
