what size front skinnies

needing to buy new front runners for my car. what size should i run? 26/4.5 or 27.5/4.5? i like the look of 27.5s and they will give me a little more header and ground clearence. but i have heard the 26s are faster... you guys tell me.

Re: what size front skinnies

I'll throw my thoughts in on this, I'm more partial to the 27.5" tall tire. I prefer the way it fills the wheel well, and the additional ground clearance is a bonus. I read somewhere that the smaller dia tire will roll through the beams faster so that will affect your time... not sure if thats true or not. So my vote goes for the 27.5"... mostly for looks.

Re: what size front skinnies

the larger di tire stays in the beams Longer.

letting you start your role out just a fraction of a sec faster (Ball park).
ya can cut a better light. hitting it on the yellow we all know this.
and somtimes the shorter Tire (25")tall might give you a red light.

the lager Di Tire helps with this.

i my self use a larger tire in the front, to stay in the beams Longer.
ya just have to hit the yellow Just right..(kill them with the Hole shot)
and run almost right on your Dial in.
