Rotate tires more frequently. This can also be caused by too much toe. There is not need to run that much camber on the street

what he said check to see if you have to much neg.toe inwards. i had a car that did this and i just brought it to my front end shop and showed him the problem and he corrected it

Doesn't look like camber wear to me. Excessive negative toe, when the wheels are toe in looks like that. Camber tends to wear not as aggressive.

If the other tire is worn the same, then that's your dead give away that its toe. IF not there is definitely something wrong with the front end causing the camber to wear that harsh. Ball joints, control arm bushings, strut mounts...could be a lot of things.

Toe wont wear one tire.
