hoop? like the entire barrel of the wheel? thats not a off the shelf part, they only way to get one would be to call a wheel company that makes multi piece wheels and see if something could be special ordered.

Are you rebuilding a set of 3 piece wheels or something? If so it depends on the size and bolt pattern (40 bolt, 38 bolt, etc), and also if you're looking for a flat lip, stepped lip, or rolled lip. Believe it or not there's only a handful of manufacturers that produce wheel hoops.

I saw a thread here where a guy used the centers from his stock 16's and using new hoops, made them 17's. This is what I am interested in.
