I saw these rims one day and fell in love. I was wondering how much of a difference the back spacing is from 4.75" on front and 5.25" on rear with stock rims to the spacing of the rims in the link.(4.48" both front and back) I was wondering if it was even possible to get the 17 inch rims for my camaro? Thanks!

Those will fit like a glove w/245/45 tires. BTW, those are some of the best looking wheels ever. Simple yet elegant.

Well will I need to get spacers at all? I tired rotating my tires once and when I put the back ones on the front something rubbed. I wasn't sure what it was though?

No. Factory wheels had a slight stagger which makes rear wheels on the front rub. But, fronts on rear work. They just set outboard a tad more. Here is some photographic evidence:
