2 piece Torq Thrust II question!

I am currently thinking about getting wider rear wheels for my GTA, and in order to get the size I want, I have to go to a 2 piece style wheel instead of a 1 piece. My question is if American Racing welds their two piece wheels together, or if they are fastened together with bolts. I have searched and haven't come up with anything conclusive, any help would be great!

I have never seen an aftermarket 2pc wheel that was not welded. So my guess is welded. I am wondering why it matters to you?

Thanks, yeah I always had assumed that they were welded, but when I looked into the two piece wheels more, I started seeing people talking about them being heavier than single piece wheels because they were fastened together? It just kinda piqued my interested especially when I couldn't find a definite answer.

At this point I may just stick with a 9.5" wide rear wheel, but I've been tossing the idea of going with an 11" wide wheel just for giggles. Not sure how greedy I wanna be!
