Need help finding tires...!

I have a 1989 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am and I bought these 5 rims for $100 from a guy. I am getting them painted to match my car, kinda charcoal grey. I believe that they are 15"x7" or 15"x7.5" and I believe that they came from a 2nd gen Firebird? If you could help me figure out how to measure the width, I don't know if I have to measure within the outer lip of the rims or outside of them. And I would like to have 215/55/15 or 215/65/15(Stock size) in the front and 245/50/15 or 245/60/15 in the back. I have read/heard about people getting 275 on stock 15" rims. But I can't even find 245 in 15" rims. Can anybody please help me find some? I would prefer performance ones, but a need. Thanks.

With the tire sizes, I am trying to match the heights of the tires about the same...the rear being a little higher. But I want the front not to rub when turning or cornering. And I want to gain traction and stance for the rear.

If you guys have any opinions or ideas, or just any comments; please feel free to let me know. Have great day and thanks for your help.
