Turbocast rims question...

Question...I now have a set of 15" turbocast rims. Two of them are marked "Modern" and two are marked "Western" on the backside. Any idea why they are different? From different years, maybe?

Re: Turbocast rims question...

3 different companies manufactured the Turbocast rims for GM - Modern, Western wheel and Kelsey Hayes. If you look at the rims there are slight differences in the lip and the way the slots are machined to accept the Bowling ball hubcaps but nobody except someone who is obsessed with minute details like me will notice the difference.
