I recently read that a 20mm 12 point deep-well socket can be coaxed over the offending lock with lubricant and a hammer. Haven't tried it yet though

the key for my '89 RS fit my '89 Iroc, i may have gotten lucky, as i dont know how many patterns were used from the factory
maybe try to find one in a junkyard car, you may get lucky

The socket and hammer trick works. You may need 4 sockets though if you cant remove the lug afterward.
