tire rubbing help

I have a 1985 trans am and the tires are rubbing on both sides, a mechanic told me I am missing threaded wheel stops. Anyone know if that could be correct and if so where could I find them.I have stock size tires on also. Thanks

Re: tire rubbing help

No threaded wheels stopsstops so that's a load if b.s..

I assume its the front wheels we are talking about

Where are the wheels rubbing and are these 15 or 16" wheels and what tires size.

Rubbing at full steer? half steer? no steer? Any suspension work done to the car? (lowering, etc?)
