Help with wheel sizing (rear specific)

This is the wheels I was interested in getting. My factory wheels came with a 0.00 offset...this set has a -38.00 offset, so would this give it a more dish-style appearance? Also, would the negative offset have any issues on ride? comfort? Stress on other parts? Vibration issues? Any issues in general. These tires would be placed on the rear.

They will stick out big time. You need at least 5.5" of backspacing with that wheel. 6 is better but is probably not available.
