Do i need to get these Turbocasts Sandblasted?

Do i need to get these Turbocasts Sandblasted?

All 4 look the same, that rough surface.. is that the way its supposed to look?

They are more oxidized than when new so they would look a bit rougher. Have them blasted and painted and they will look 1000x better
