One is more flat vs curved. The face is machined differently. Center caps are different colors... They're both 16x8" aluminum, 5-spoke wheels with IROCZ on the cap, otherwise they're completely different wheels.

87 and earlier is reffered to as single vein. 88 up is double vein. the veins are on each spoke of the wheel. look carefully at some pics and you'll see the difference.
