I got a 94 want to put rims on my 91 its stock alloy rims with 50mm positive offset will they fit stock or will I need spacers. Approximately how big will they need to be if I do.

Yes you will need spacers, however I don't know the specific measurement. Someone else may know the answer and be able to chime in.

If every thin is stock on the 91 the 94 wheels would need about a 2 inch spacer to get about stock tire fitment

Ok. I wasn't 100% of the 94 were stock ones since 91 had same exact design. Thats why I included the offset to confirm. Any recommendations of a cheap spacer that won't crack or should I just buy obola brand or similar. Trying to get car running as cheap as possible and have mis match tires free

Sorry, I don't really have a recommendation on spacers, but they probably won't be cheap. You probably could get 4 new tires on the 91 rims for similar cost.

What size tires/rims are the 94 vs. 91? If they are the same size, you could just have the tires remounted on the 91 rims.

94 have the spiral design rims and my 91 has 1 iron with 3 2nd gen 5 star also used on Chevelle or Malibu.
only time I can find 1 standalone they are only willing to sell as a set

I see. Well, if the tires on the 94 rims are good, then spacers may be your least cost option. If you need to by tires as well, then you could probably find a set of 4 15x7 82-92 Camaro 5-spoke aluminum rims for under $100.

I do prefer 5 spoke iroc or any 5 for that matter.
also have cog billet style craigers on my 84 that i could sell hope someone in same boat as i am for current rim style.

I Bought 91 for 350 which had sbc 350 edelbrock 1406 carb with t5
84 300 just for parts
94 traded for a ram bar I got free
So hopefully can get some cash toward other to help with build
