Biggest tires size
Hey everyone I'm gonna get 18 inch iroc Tim's for my Camaro and I was looking at tires and found some 275 40 18s. My question is would that fit in the front with the standard iroc width being 8.5 I believe...any help is appreciated thanks

Re: Biggest tires size
The stock diameter is "about" 25.75" tall. A 275/40/18 is about 26.75". I might recommend going with a 275/35 instead of a 275/40.
As for width, a 275 will be really close to fitting with no issues (assuming you keep the overall diameter stock). You might need a .25" spacer to clear the tie rod. Some need it, some don't, but running a 275 is pretty common.
What is the wheel width you're buying? I though most the 18's were only 8" wide, which wouldn't be ideal for a 275 tire. Maybe there are more options out there these days.

Re: Biggest tires size
It may fit.....but my guess is that it won't, at least not up front. Some guys get some tire rubbing....some run into the tie-rod. That may not be an issue with an 18" though. It's hard to say. Thus the fun of fitting different sizes.
