I wanted mine powdercoated that same color too and they said that they couldn't match it so i painted them. I would like to powdercoat them in the future so is it possible to get the same color powdercoated? or were they just being lazy?
I’m not sure if you can get a custom powder coat color or not. Just not familiar with the process.
The wheels in the pic I posted above are mine. I had Sherwin Williams scan the paint chip from my dealer brochure so they could mix the correct color & then we painted the wheels. They turned out pretty nice.
Yes they look beautiful. You're rim lip is not painted. My lip is painted and when getting tires on or off they get scraped or chipped then i have to touch them up. Powdercoating should be more durable. Maybe someone else on here would know if custom colors can be made.
