Getting an '89 Formula 350 today, which comes with the stock 16x8 hi-tech turbo wheels (deep dish). I'd love to put some beefier brakes in the bird, so I was wondering if there were any vendors that sold 17 inch replicas?

They both have tons of options. There are others too. There is a huge aftermarket for these cars, do your homework.

 

My question was more around whether there are 17 inch replica versions of hi-tech wheels, as the largest that came from the factory were 16x8?

 

I haven't seen any. They've made replica 17s for the GTA cross lace wheels and the snowflake 70s style but not the Turbo wheels. Would be nice though.

 

Yup, that's what I found. Just hoping against hope. Custom wheels CNC'd would be a fortune!

 

No joke! My buddy got a few quotes for custom 17" Fiero GT wheels for his '87. It was more than he spent on his Northstar swap and paint job.
