I was just at the tirs shop pricing out my Yoko's AVS sport ($388) when the tire guy offered me a Avon ZZ1 ($245) instead. They look good and have a higher tread wear (which is what i want).
Any body know anything about this tire?

I got a pair when i bought my 87 Iroc. put them on my 82 because i thought i would just burn them off at the track and get better trires. but when i took them to the track they hooked awesome! 2.0 60's with 105 trap speeds vs only 2.1's with my old bfg drag radials...

Now i'm looking to buy another set and they are nto available anywhere
