This is 1/4" Lexan that I installed with windshield adhesive bought from O riley auto. I cut a cardboard pattern of the back window and traced it onto the Lexan I bought. Then cut it out with my jig saw

I am not sure if this bracket was factory or not. It really doesnt do much now, but helped to hold it in while the sealer set up.

strut clearance, this is where I had to remove some matewrial to clear the lifts. Next I will glass it in to look like GM wanted it that way and finish it in paint that matches my interior
