Found this 1990 RS for less than $1000 because it wouldn't start (V6). I put plugs in it and it fired up...... at the moment the thing is smoking and idling at like 2500rpm, (can't tell because the tach isn't working yet) we're working on it. Possibly I will sell it for profit to make more money, but I DON'T REALLY WANT TO BECAUSE CLEAN CAMAROS AREN'T EASY TO FIND IN DETROIT (for this price!!!!) It might be from the south, as it has a non-defrost rear window and peeled paint. I don't have a whole lot of money, but I will be getting a hood, iroc grille (for foglights), I have a 350 4bolt with edelbrock intake/650 carb, decent cam, stock "smog" heads (the green painted ones 1978). I have this motor/700R4 to start with, if it don't go in this car then I'll do another one. Don't know what rims I'll get, looking at IROC wheels (affordable) but I would spend a little if I could find Enkei/BBS like the GTA wheels. Maybe even get some of those BIG IROC wheels. That's why I'm here, I just got started. The car has a clean body. For Michigan, one dime size rust spot is clean. I am new to this game..... currently just trying to learn from you guys about the exhaust when I do a V8 swap. Again, I don't have big bucks, but I can do a little something!
