This is my fathers Heritage Edition (RPO code ZO3) convertible. It has been his project the last few years. When he acquired it, there was the stock 305 TBI/auto setup w/ deluxe tan interior and factory CD. Today the oomph is provided by a LS1 Hurst 6 speed courtesy of an '02 SS. Further improvements include a Magnaflow exhaust, dual K&N filters, Spohn torque arm, '89 Formula Posi, and '02 tan leather Trans Am seats. At the 4 corners are Bilstein shocks and true ZR1 wheels: 17x9.5 fronts and 17x11 rears. To honor this special year, we replaced the stock RS emblems with custom 'ZO3' versions. The stripes were painted on and Z28 blisters installed. This is a true sleeper, as few would suspect a green/gold 'vert to be concealing 325 hp.
